MasterCatalog

Terms of service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms govern use of MasterCatalog, a service that sends a merchant's product catalog to Google Merchant Center as a product feed. MasterCatalog is in private development and available only to people we invite. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Access

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the actions taken under your account. We may suspend or end access at any time while the service is in development.

Your data and your accounts

You keep all rights to your product data. You allow MasterCatalog to read your store's catalog and to send product data to the Google Merchant Center accounts you connect, only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your product data and for following the policies of Google Merchant Center and of your store platform. Our handling of information is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use MasterCatalog to send products or content you have no right to sell or publish, to break the law or any platform's policies, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.

Development service

MasterCatalog is provided as it is, while it is being built. Features may change or stop without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or listings.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell the people who use the service.
